Description
Silica refractory mortar is a type of monolithic refractory formulated with a certain proportion of silica refractories, additives and binders. It is mainly used as a joint material or a coating material in building carbonization chamber of coke oven. There are different requirements in the physical and chemical properties to different kinds of kiln and different parts in the kiln. For coke oven the content of SiO2 is 85% - 92% and the refractoriness of getting soft under load at 0.2 Mpa is 1420 - 1500 ℃.
